Marc Anthony is an New York native, actor, and producer. Anthony raised by Puerto Rican parents is also the top-selling tropical salsa artist of all time. He started with great success in the Latin music market and has taken this success mainstream, introducing a romantic Spanish sound mixed with pop music. He released his debut album, "When the Night Is Over," in 1991, and immediately found success when its single "Ride on the Rhythm" topped Billboard's dance music charts. In the following years, he tapped in both English and Spanish market with cemented himself as a main stream bilingual artist resulting in more than 30 million albums sold worldwide, a couple of Grammy Awards, and three Latin Grammy Awards.
