Account Setting

At 7 Days 7 Nights, we understand the importance of your privacy, and therefore only ask for the information that we need to process your order. We may also need your contact details to keep you updated on any changes or cancellations pertaining to an event of your interest.

When you share your information with us, you can rest assured of the fact that the information is safe with us, and that we will never sell the same to any third party.

That being said, here’s all you need to know about your setting up your account at 7 Days 7 Nights.

My Profile

Under this section, you will be required to fill in basic contact information, including –

  • Profile Pic
  • First & Last Name
  • Contact Address

Changing the Password of Your Account

If you need to change the password of your account, simply log in on the website using your Email and Password. Select ‘My Profile’, and then click on ‘Password’.

Next, follow the instructions and your password will be changed within a matter of a few seconds.

Changing Your Email Address

If you need to change the Email Address linked to your account, simply log in on the website and select ‘My Profile’. Next, click on ‘Change Email’.

To update the email address linked to your account, log in and select “My Account” and then select “Change Email” on the right side of the dashboard.

Receiving Notifications about Events

If you wish to receive notifications through email, you can do so by choosing your subscription preferences accordingly.

Multi-User Access

If you wish to share the access of your account with another user, log in to the website and select ‘My Account’. There, you will find the option for ‘Multi-User Access’. Click on the same, and then select ‘Add Email’ to add the email address of the user.

Depending on your preference, you can offer selective or complete access to the user.
