Create an Event

At 7 Days 7 Nights, we have ensured an effortless process of event creation. All you need to do is spend a few minutes on our portal and fill in the details of the event. Our intuitive user interface will make sure that this process seems as easy as a piece of cake.

Creating an Event

  • Step 1 – Log In To kick-start, the process of event creation, simply login to your account on 7 Days 7 Nights and click on the tab ‘Create an Event’.
  • Step 2 – Enter Event Title Add a name for your event, complete with a precise description in 100 characters or less.
  • Step 3 – Enter Event Venue Either manually add your event venue, or take the help of our predictive completion feature. And just in case, your actual venue isn’t decided yet, simply enter the city and the state. You can always add the venue at a later point in time.
  • Step 4 – Enter Event Schedule Our interface will automatically detect the time zone you’re working from. In case, you wish to choose another time zone, you can opt to do that as well.
  • Step 5 – Add a Relevant Image Add an attractive image for your event that would attract the attention of your target audience, and help improve your ticket sales. If you’d like to, we offer the option for adding multiple images as well.
  • Step 6 – Add your Event Details Any information pertaining to your event that is important for your guests to know goes under this section.
  • Step 7 – Add Relevant Videos If you have a promotional video for your event, feel free to add your Youtube or Vimeo Links.
  • Step 8 – Choose Event Visibility You can either make your event Publicly Visible or keep it Private. A Public Event enjoys visibility in our event directory as well as for search engines, while a Private Event remains hidden.
  • Step 9 – Select Your Event Organizer If you are an event promoter and have a distinct organizer for your event, add their details under this section.
  • Step 10 – Add/ Create Event Tickets Whether you wish to offer Free Tickets for your event or Paid Tickets, this is where you do it. Simply give appropriate names to each ticket category, and add the price as well as the available quantity. Once you do so, the tickets will be put up for sale immediately and will remain so, until an hour before your event starts. Of course, that is only if they aren’t already sold out!
  • Step 11- Select Event Category Choose from the many categories listed on the site that best fits your event, and simultaneously helps your audience find the event with ease.
  • Step 12 - Go Live Select the tab "Make the Event Live", and boom! You’re on the market for one and all to see, and buy tickets to your event.
