Invite Guests

With the effective ‘Invite Guests’ feature of 7 Days 7 Nights, you can now formulate custom invitation templates, and send across multiple invites at once, through a simple email! Excited already? Well, here’s how you can put this feature to use.

  • Login to your account on
  • Go to the 'My Events' section.
  • Next, click on the 'Manage Event' icon.
  • Here you’ll find the 'Marketing Tools' tab in the menu. Click on it to open the sub menu.
  • Then, click on 'Event Email Invitation' tab.
  • You will then be prompted to create a guest list. You can do so, using one of the following options –
    • Upload an excel sheet with the details of your guests in the latest CSV format.
    • Enter the email addresses of your guests manually with each email, separated by commas.
  • That being done, you can either send the invitations right away, or save the list for future use.

If you are planning to organise multiple events, you can conveniently manage your guest list through our ‘Manage Invitations’ section, which can be found in the sub menu, under the ‘Invite Guests’ tab.

In case, an email comprising your invite is in process, you will be able to see it under the ‘Scheduled Invitations’ section. The section will appear empty once the emails are all sent.

If you wish to save the invitation template, they will be saved under the ‘Drafts’ section.
