Refund Policy

Terms of Purchase and Refund

It must be understood that 7 Days 7 Nights is an independent ticketing service for events. Neither do we operate any of these events, nor do we have any control over any of the unforeseen circumstances that may take place on the day of/at the event.

It must be understood that the following Terms of Purchase and Refund is essentially a legal and binding contract between you (the ticket buyer) and 7 Days 7 Nights, and should be treated as such.

You are agreeing to these Terms of Purchase and Refund by the act of –

  • Marking the terms of purchase and refund agreement
  • Completing your purchase transaction

You are requested to contact the event organizer for the event’s specific terms of purchase and refund policies.

Refund Policy

All tickets sold through 7 Days 7 Nights are non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise specified by the event promoter.

In case of denied access at the venue for any reason(s) deemed fit by the event promoter, venue owner or event staff, 7 Days 7 Nights is not liable to issue any refund.

You must understand that the Event Venue, Event Talent and Event Amenities (including VIP provisions, food and beverages, special areas, gifts etc.) are all subject to change. In the instance of such a change, 7 Days 7 Nights is not liable to issue any refund.

Canceled Events

In case of the cancellation of an event, you are entitled for a refund equivalent to the face value of the ticket. Please not that Service Fee (whether mentioned explicitly or not), Convenience Fee, Shipping Charges and other such charges will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Please note that refunds will be processed via the same channel that the tickets were purchased through.

You can contact our Customer Support Department to enquire about the refunds that you’re eligible for, and the deductions with regards to the same.

Postponed Events

In case of the postponement of an event, you are entitled for a refund equivalent to the face value of the ticket. However, in order to claim the refund, you should raise an e-mail requesting the refund, in no more than 5 business days from the original date of the event. Failure to do so will recuse 7 Days 7 Nights from any liability to process a refund.

In this case as well, refunds will be processed via the same channel that the tickets were purchased through.

Reserved Tickets

Reserved Tickets must be picked up at the venue. In case of ‘No Show’ 7 Days 7 Nights will not be liable for any refund. It is mandatory to present your e-ticket as well as your original credit card used to purchase the ticket when claiming a reserved ticket. In case, the absence of these documents results in non-issuance of entry at the venue, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping and Handling

The shipping and handling fee is non-refundable, under any circumstances whatsoever. It usually takes up to 5 business days for tickets to be shipped at the billing address. In case of an undeliverable address, or in case when tickets get returned due to non-claim, you will not be eligible for a refund.
